Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and secure it to your original packaging.
Ship It Back
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; please ensure all previous shipping labels are covered or removed.
Receive Refund
After our quality control team inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
